Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LYNVO PURE website at lynvopure.com and any purchase of products from us (the "Services"), operated by LYNVO LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & territory

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. LYNVO PURE currently sells and ships physical products only to customers within the United States. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States cannot be fulfilled.

2. Products, availability & pricing

We sell water and air purification and related care products, including water filters, air filters, vitamin shower heads, refrigerator water filters, and eyeglass lens care products. We make reasonable efforts to display products, descriptions, and pricing accurately, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct errors, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Orders & payment

Payments are securely processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By submitting an order, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping. We do not store your full card details. An order is not accepted until we send an order confirmation; a confirmation of receipt is not a guarantee that an order has been accepted.

4. Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping timeframes and methods are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Intellectual property

The Services and all content on them — including the LYNVO PURE name and logo, text, graphics, product images, and software — are owned by or licensed to LYNVO LIMITED and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Services or their security features;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or systems; or
  • use any automated means to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services.

7. Product use disclaimer

Our products are intended for ordinary consumer household use in accordance with the instructions provided. Filters must be installed and replaced as directed. Product statements have not been evaluated to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for professional medical, water-quality, or air-quality advice.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Except where prohibited by law, the Services and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LYNVO LIMITED and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LYNVO LIMITED from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services or products.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
